As the name suggests, there are 7 players on the field at a time for each team, while in regular football there are 11. Positions and rules differ based on geographic location, but the most widely accepted setup for a 7v7 offense is composed of a snapper, a quarterback and a mixture of receivers and running backs.

lineman challenge

The Lineman Challenge gives offensive and defensive lineman a opportunity to compete in a six week skills and drills program.

Players will learn technique and fundamentals while developing the skill sets needed to play at the next level.

Flag is played on a 30 x 45 Yard playing field. There are 7 players on the field for each team. In flag the center can also become an eligible receiver as well as the QB being an eligible runner on certain downs.
Players are marked down by pulling the offensive players flag that is secured to the players waist.
